Each year, we honor and celebrate the incredible kinship caregivers and grandparents who have successfully completed our case management program. This special graduation recognizes their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to creating safe, stable, and loving homes for the children in their care.

Caregivers are recognized for achieving "Master Level" status by successfully completing their individualized case management goals. Because every success is a family success, the entire family is invited to join in celebrating this important milestone together.
