At Atlas Alliance, our leadership team is committed to strengthening kinship families and ensuring children can remain safely with family and out of foster care. Together, our staff and board bring decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, family services, education, advocacy, and community engagement.

Guided by our mission — to keep children with family and out of foster care by empowering caregivers with the support, education, and resources they need to build safe, stable, loving homes — our leaders work every day to support caregivers navigating complex challenges with courage and resilience.
